This place was amazing We looked at the book, that described how it use to be an Art Gallery. So interesting and fun to look at. My son graduated from Paris Island and found the bed comfortable

We had a wonderful short stay, The home was clean and welcoming, we loved the fall decor. We visited for our sons graduation from Marines Bootcamp. We were only 10 Min from based and 5 minutes from a Main Street with restaurants and live music. We loved the outdoor space at the home but due to the weather we were unable to use it. I would definitely recommend and visit again if visiting the area.

With all the great reviews we had very high expectations and we weren't let down. House is beautiful and well appointed. Has everything you would ever need in a home away from home. Grocery stores near buy to stock up on supplies and cook at home. Perfect location as we were visiting family at MCAS Beaufort but also close to the water. We took full advantage of everything the house had to offer. Rode the bicycles to the waterfront and around the historic homes downtown. Used the beach chairs, towels and car pass for a day at the beach on Hunting Island. Met the guests staying in the Workshop behind Gallery 1897 and we had a group bonfire and drinks together in the shared yard late into the night. May have done some ghost hunting in the nearby cemetery...allegedly. Made a day trip to Charleston. Even got to see wild alligator at Crystal Lake Park. Recommend Blackstone's Cafe for breakfast and Hearth Pizza for takeout. Could go on and on...just book it already!

The two bedroom home was perfect for our trip. I loved the aesthetic and history. It was convenient and within walking distance of the harbor, with several free library boxes along the streets leading there and one with children’s books- which really assisted in entertaining my son. The location was beautifully quiet and felt a little tropical as we entered the side walkway. Beds, linens, and pillows were luxurious. The temperature was easy to shift as the upstairs and downstairs could be set separately- and as someone who prefers cold while sleeping- the additional floor fans also added a great touch to my personal experience. The filtered water from the refrigerator was clean and the ice didn’t leave your drinks tasting weird- also a great plus in my mind as I could comfortably refill my water bottles and enjoy staying hydrated without buying a case of water at the local Publix. I will definitely be staying here if available during future visits.

We had a great stay at Thomas’s property. The house was immaculate and better than we could have asked for. Thomas was quick to respond to any questions we had. We used the pass to Hunting Island which was so convenient and fun. We would love to stay there again. 10/10 experience for us! Thank you for everything.
